Since 2015, we have grown with Macao and taken part in the development of its document management services.
Nam Kwong Group
Nam Kwong (Group) Company Limited is the only SASAC-supervised central state-owned enterprise headquartered in Macao and the earliest Chinese-funded institution in the territory. Founded in 1949, the Group has consistently upheld its mission of "giving the best back to society," actively contributing to Macao's economic and social development and earning broad public trust.

Nam Kwong Logistics Company Limited, a second-tier subsidiary of the Group, is a committed practitioner of "One Country, Two Systems." Guided by the strategy of "rooted in Macao, integrated with the mainland, and expanding overseas," it has long played a key role in safeguarding Macao's stability and public livelihoods, developing into a comprehensive logistics enterprise with strong local influence.
Our Purpose
With Macao's limited land resources, humid climate, and the growing volume of paper records generated by commercial and historical development, proper storage and preservation have become increasingly challenging — posing potential risks to public and corporate operations. In response, the Company leverages its established logistics network, digital management systems, and professional team to deliver a standardized, intelligent, and high-security one-stop document management solution.
Initiated planning of document warehousing and transportation services, pioneering a document management supply-chain system.
Official launch of Nam Kwong Macao Document Service Center; signed its first large financial institution client, opening Macao's document services market.
Establishment of the Zhuhai Archives Center, enabling cross-border document storage and transportation.
Formation of a dedicated document logistics fleet for professional urban document distribution.
Visit by the National Archives Administration of China, expressing support and recognition for archive management and information construction.
Launch of the digital services line, equipped with intelligent document warehouse management systems, environmental control equipment, flatbed, high-speed, overhead and A0 large-format scanners, OCR recognition, intelligent cataloging software, and multilingual (Chinese, English, Portuguese) recognition for large-volume scanning projects.
The "storage, scanning, transportation, and management" service chain matured and was recognized as one of Nam Kwong's featured business segments.
Nam Kwong Logistics received the 2025 Medal of Merit for Industry and Commerce from the Macao SAR Government.
The archive facility was upgraded with digitisation, RFID, monitoring and smart storage, enhancing efficiency, security and service capabilities. We now serve leading institutions across government, banking, hospitality and telecom — continuing to give back to society.
